As part of our quality monitoring, we have identified a manufacturing defect on the 4-piece silicone meal set ref. 853 0002-Batch No. 1955
Product description
Silicone meal set consisting of:
- a plate,
- a bowl,
- a cup,
- a spoon,
intended for young children (age indication: 4 months and up).
Analyses carried out by an official laboratory have revealed levels of free volatile organic matter higher than the regulatory limit applicable to silicone materials intended for food contact, in accordance with the decree of November 25, 1992.
Risks incurred
The product does not present any immediate identified danger, however it does not comply with the current regulations applicable to materials in contact with food.
As a precautionary measure, the product is subject to a recall.
As a precautionary and safety measure, we ask you to immediately cease all use of this product.
Proceed with its destruction so that it can no longer be used. In order to obtain a full refund of the product, please send us a photo of the entire destroyed product.

Proceed with the return of the product (return at our expense); upon receipt of the product, we will proceed with the full refund of the product.

As part of our quality monitoring, we have identified a manufacturing defect on the Wooly Comforter reference 848 5009 - Batch No. 1790, marketed from January 2024 and is non-compliant.
Indeed, the head of the comforter presents a weakness in the seam that can give access to the stuffing. This defect presents a choking hazard if ingested by a child.
As a precautionary and safety measure, we ask customers to:
Please cease all use of this product and
- Proceed with its destruction so that it can no longer be used. (Cut the product in its entirety). Please send us a photo of the destroyed product in order to validate the refund. OR
- Proceed with the return of the product (return at our expense), upon receipt of the returned product, we will proceed with the full refund of the product.
